American Consolidated Minerals Corp. is a junior mining company focused on the development and exploration of its mineral properties in prolific and proven mining regions located in the states of Nevada and Washington State. The Company is currently focused on the development of its three core gold explorations projects comprised of: Toiyabe - a 3,300 acre taget in Lander County, Nevada approximately 10 miles south of Barrick Gold's Cortez Hills Deposit; Lone Ranch - a massive sulphide target located in noth-east Washington State and the Empress prospect - located in Esmeralda, Nevada which lies in the southern portion of the Walker Lane Corridor.
