Lynden Energy Corp. is a oil and gas company with operations presently concentrated on gas prospects in the Paradox Basin, Utah and oil prospects the Permian Basin, West Texas.

The Company’s Paradox Basin Project includes two contiguous oil and gas prospect areas totalling 1,525,000 acres.  Lease holdings in the prospect areas cover in excess of 110,000 acres. The operator is targeting gas production from the Gothic and Hovenweep shales and other Paradox Basin lithologies.

The Wolfberry Project is a major emerging low-permeability oil play covering approximately 13,300 acres in the Glasscock, Howard, Martin, Midland, and Sterling counties of West Texas. CrownQuest Operating LLC of Midland, Texas is the operator for both the Paradox Basin and Wolfberry Projects.
